Eligible groups include 501c charitable organizations, non-profit schools and community groups. Examples of organizations we have supported through Fundraisers includes Soccer Clubs, Schools, Senior Communities, Church Groups, Parent Teacher Organizations, School Bands, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Preschools, Cheerleading Squads, Camps, Student Councils, Little League Teams, High School Sports Teams, Sororities/Fraternities, Swim Teams, and more!
We have three tiers of fundraising contributions.
Generate up to $2000 – 15%
Generate $2001 – $4999: 20%
Generate $5000 and over: 25%
All food and beverage sales generated from your event will be totaled and the applicable percentage will be donated directly to your organization, excluding tax, gratuity, Gift Card and retail sales.
Fundraiser guests are required to present an official event flyer or mention the organization they are supporting to their cashier or server in order to receive credit. We accept digital flyers from any device. Your organization will receive credit for dine-in and take-out (excluding catering) purchases. Not valid for third party partners. Flyers are not to be distributed inside or in the direct vicinity of our restaurants, including the parking lot, before or during the event.
Dates vary based on restaurant, so please submit your preferred date and time in the form below. Most of our locations book events weekly from Monday-Thursday. A minimum of 3 weeks notice is required to schedule your fundraising event. This time gives you the chance to spread the word to your group’s friends, followers and supporters!
Ready to book another event? Fundraising events can be scheduled every 30 days with at least 3 weeks notice.
A template flyer will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your fundraising event. You will update the flyer with your event details, print and/or distribute it electronically (email, website, social media etc.).
Your restaurant manager will let you know the total amount raised from your event within 2 business days.
